I don't feel strongly about this one way or the other and if Trenton is smart they'll put it on a local ballot which would settle the issue and let people decide. BUT, if this passes I predict there will be a whole new city council, and mayor, after the next election.

As an example of letting people decide, remember what happened with the city flag. Mayor though it was offensive and the voters let him know very clearly what they wanted.

Now see how it looks to those who really don't pay attention... Wreck, I worked the polls the day the City Voted on the flag if you could call it that.. It was held at the door to which I stood so I overheard alot of the discussion and MOST CITY resident didn't even know anything about the City Flag or that they even had one so they just voted to leave it the same. Alot chose not to even VOTE on the issue! I laugh at all those who think that "The Flag" as an issue other than Goverment changing their mind on it as any other issue. Just like this issue you have those with the passion to see it change as well as those who don't want to see anything change. Those who have passion turn out to fight the battle but in reality most could care less. Also I have to dis-agree on the election because as we who pay attention know the City don't even have enough Candidates to run for office... They didn't even care that this Mayor wasn't from around here.... I would have more of a problem with the City money being spent that this issue but hey, I don't shove Religion down people's throat, and I don't go to Church were I can hear all this politics...lol..lol..lol

There will not be a tax increase this year and if there is one next year there will be hell to pay.

You're not allowed to criticize the school system.
