Are you saying the "Plan" is going down the Toilet????? What a crappy thing to do to the Library Folks... Guess they will be up the well known "Creek" without the appropriate means of propulsion!!!

Not at all. Less you forget we are here in Dade County. It takes someone who KNOWS the laws and another to Enforce them. Not like we have either here in this County. We really ain't playin igrorant, we just be it. How many times on this Blog site alone has it been brought to attention laws being broken? This issue I believe was not done on purpose but in need of trying to make the Library Ladies happy, but you can't use funds collected from the Sewer Dept. on anything but Sewers. The City needs to use it's Attorney more often than it does.
