Well the great Sports God has spoken again in Dade County, home to all athletes needed in pro ball and college sports programs in the US. Safe are all positions and programs in the sports area that produce all the fine players we send on to Pro Ball and Collages with hundreds of scholarships waiting I am glad to see the Sports Gods used 2 days to figure out how to not affect them.
I applaud their moves to do away with thing like Drama and other Arts programs because they knew they would have to cut into the Sports Machine if they kept them for students not involved in sports. Lord knows those scholarships or Drama and Voice and other Arts are not as good as those awarded to all the Sports Students.
And all of you know that with all the Semi-Pro Football, Basketball, Track, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Wrestling and Softball teams we have here in the county it would be a shame to cut into their “Farm Team” program.
