Yikes! I thought I would go cross eyed before I got to the end of that speech! Thanks for the links, I don't watch TV in general if I cant 'read it' I don't get it.

Interesting things said on both sides, I agree with some of both --

My favorite statement though was:
"But most Americans do not want to turn over the best medical care system in the world to the federal government."

I did like what Obama said about the need to reduce the cost of a college education -- I don't think that everyone NEEDS a college education either and I think that 'educational' discrimination in the work force is just as much a problem -- especially in the Federal government -- as color or sex. There are often better routes than college for some careers.

One must certainly separate the wheat from the chaff....
