Here is a State Manual h/t Tom McMahan http://health.state.ga.us/pdfs/epi/noti ... 0Cover.pdf I am not against preventing rabies but before passing an ordinance they need to report how many cases we have had of animals getting rabies in Dade County. I don't trust some appointed board to come up with nothing more than a way for them to get more money for their board.
