The following link contains an interesting, albeit sad, story on how our nation continues to deteriorate into a sue happy one (can anyone say tort reform?):
Interestingly, this particular link also contains a local pastor's comments that could easily be interpreted as an attack on the character of two different posters on dadeinfo.com. Let's see, that would be myself and racinwithrex since, to my knowledge, we are the only ones that I know of who have ever actually publicly discussed/questioned the pastor's public posts:

Tust me! Trust me! Trust me!
There are idiots like this out there! Boy, if I could just testify right now! The only problem is, my village idiot reads everything that I post here and posts it on other blogs. My recommendation is to have good insurance and have a good lawyer on retainer.
Be especially careful of people who move a lot, and have a history of suing people. Friendly Face Posts: 270 Today at 10:46 am

First, I'd like to say, for the record, I am proud to be in the same category as RWR in terms of actually holding people accountable for their own public statements and deeds.
Second, for the record, while I have moved a few times in my life (my most recent being 10 years ago when I moved to this beautiful county), I have never one single time sued anyone...ever; however, this local pastor has, in fact, used an ACLU attorney in an attempt to silence the voice of truth and accountability...just ask the Sheriff...
Third, for the record, if holding people in leadership positions accountable for false statements they consistently/deliberately/knowingly make is wrong, I don't want to ever be right...
