According to the website Guide Star the DADE COUNTY QUARTERBACK CLUB INC
Quote:
This organization's exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years. Further investigation and due diligence are warranted.

That is the non-profit tax exempt status.
http://www2.guidestar.org/organizations ... -club.aspx

I guess those who questioned the policy fail to investigate things on their own. I hope the school board will look at this again in the future.

So if the have lost their no-profit status does that mean we are allowing a for-profit org to sell parking spots to it's members at the football games?

But you do understand all the "Quality" athletes that this county is known for don't you???? If you don't just ask someone who has "Played Ball" in this county and they will tell you all about it.....lol...lol..lol...

Funny thing is that when I was a member of the "Quarterback Club" for another School, it meant that we done most of the work like cleaning and painting and mowing and stuff like that....We really didn't need the money as much as the HELP to get the job done....lol...lol... But like I said that was another School System....

Not even a full year into the job he was hired, seems we can already agree that he has listened to us enough to know when not to push an issue like the Policy of Clubs and other issues that the innser circle of the school code tell him, that we now vote for a contract extension.
