Mel, thanks for the info. I called the Sheriff Dept. last Friday and still have not recieved a call back on this issue. I was told that he was on his way back from a Sheriff Assoc. meeting so it would probably be Monday.

Is this particular complaint an isolated incident? Has anyone tried to see if there are similar occurences that might establish a pattern?

I remember hearing an attorney one time say, "there's no such thing as a first time offense". He was referring to someone being formally accused of a crime for the first time had probably been a "thug" for a while, just finally got caught. :o

I'm just sayin'...

All I can say is that I have other reports from 911 where the same make and model vehicle was seen when the pets came up missing on other property.

Something really stinks about this whole deal...

Some want to call it a RESCUE, Well if I used that term, I know where a Choice 1966 Ford Mustang I feel is being mistreated and maybe I should go RESCUE it. Wonder how the law would feel about that???????????????????????????????

If anything needs rescued, that is the Georgia Department of Agricultures job. It is stealing if you take someone's property.
