Hopefully by Dec. to be able to learn the "Ropes" from Mrs. Pattie before she leaves at the end of the year. Glad we have the money to spend on two Superintendents... Don't matter what you think about this... It will happen if they want it to. No Accountability.
Chair Carolyn Bradford said that they would like to be able to have someone appointed in time to come in after the beginning of the new year (January 1st) to begin working with Priest and become acquainted with the “ins and outs” of the system before actually taking office in July.

I also seen this quote in "Tha Fluffer" also...
Board member Clyde Barton said that he would like that one requirement be added to go along the lines of “applicant must be able to work with a Board in making decisions.”
Now how funny is that? What is that supposed to mean?
Does this mean what we have said all along. The Super makes the decision and the board approves them????????? HHHHHHMMMMM
Sooner or later this county will wake up............NNNNNAAAAWWWW

Another requirement should be the "New" Super must be a coach of coach's so that we can be the best we can be with all the great athletic programs we have now. He/She must have been "In the trenches" with the coaching buisness.

I am hearing that in the "Race" that if the score is Losing that teachers will loose their jobs... That's un-heard of here in Dade County. Surly the Super didn't sign us up for an accoutability grant?

School Board Questions to be ask for the prospective new applicant for the Superintendant: 1. Are you from around here? 2. What “Good Ole’ Boy circle do you belong to? 3. Do you feel you really need to make money than a coach does? 4. Is Your Friday nights free during football season? 5. Do you feel that you can pass the net new SPLOST Tax? 6. Are you are a card carrying member of NEA and GEA? 7. Do you feel that sports programs should be the main objective of our school system? 8. Can you train the Teacher/Coach’s how to make sure students do bad enough on AYP to keep those Federal Tax Dollars coming in. 9. Do you think you will look good on local TV Shows? 10. And which Church do you attend?

Such a shame that the lowest on the pole once again get screwed on Insurance. But I'm sure the Coaches will be more than covered and it won't cost them a DIME MORE!

Seems at last nights Board Meeting that Mrs. Donna Street has the same concerns as alot of "Us Taxpayers" seem to have with the PAYING of two Superintendents when we have to raise taxes just to get by. Not sure what the "Gameplan" was with bringing this to the meeting but I was "Plesantly Suprised" that at least someone stood up and made it known that we can't afford all this what "We Want" stuff here in this County. Those days are long gone.

So glad that Donna Street is part of the "Inner Circle" who spoke out against the Spending money on two Superintendents. Seems "Tha Fluffer" is all about "Covering" the story of what Donna had to say....lol..lol..lol...

I also like the quote that the MONEY wouldn't come from the increase that it would come from the SIG Grant... Does anyone else know that is STILL Taxpayer money? Oh I guess it's that "Free Money" thing again....lol..lol..lol... Kids grow up to get into Politics because they still think money grows on trees....lol...lol...
Heck, why not put it on a "Credit Card"????????????
