Maybe he's been making plans for a new building? I wonder if that will be enough to get him re-elected? At least he can hang his name on something...lol...lol...lol...
Don't know much about this case either, but then again... It's the "Outer Cirlce" that I speak of. It just don't fit in with the "Inner Circle" news.....
