If he changes things I don't care how much they pay him. (within reason of course and I don't have to give up any more of my subway sandwiches). His background in special forces should be interesting to watch. We all know how politics are played round here. I think it fits Dade County perfectly. SF's duty is to train. Be it on how to farm, purify water, or muster the troops. A lot of times they are in hostile territory but they get the job done.

Now David you know better than that. I mean after all, I just wanted folks to work together and make Dade County a better place to live and you seen for yourself how that turned out. You just can't get anything done here in this County if you hold ANY Accountability! Now on the other hand if he wants to be successful he will have to Kiss the Hand that feeds him. You as well as anyone knows the drill........lol...lol...

He will need all his "Special Forces" training just to mke it though this year! After that, he's on his own....lol..lol..

The Board went into executive session for about 30 minutes and returned to hire the following:

Custodians Frances Garner and Jerry Giles; substitutes Emily Rumley, Brooke McKenzie, Amber Townson, Chaley White and Jessica Debter; bus driver Charlotte Finlayson and Associate Superintendents Dr. Jody Goodroe and William Hooker.
