CITY COUNCIL MEETING TIME CHANGE

The Trenton City Council has moved their April meeting to March 29th. The meeting will still be held at 7:00PM at City Hall, but was moved to March 29th because of Spring Break for the Dade County School System.

HHHUUUHHH? How funny! Mayberry never had it this good. It's always funny to see who will miss the City Commission Meeting ever month anyway.

They really don't need meetings anyway. Never have a financial report anymore (it's just numbers I think the Mayor said). Don't need to vote to give away a Bucket Truck. Will trade a vehicle in when it should have been auctioned off. And will spend what-ever it takes to build an adoption office. Why even have a meeting? I guess to see Chuck in his shorts and flip flops is always a "Thrill"...lol...lol...

I put this under this topic heading because, I think the City of Trenton would spend itself out of business if they are left alone to spend money. Is that all they do? My gosh, how much money can they spend in one meeting. Oh yea, I forgot it just the S.P.L.O.S.T. funds. But they just keep spending it to buy toys and pets now. My gosh this City needs back a REAL MAYOR and get rid of that ain't from afound here, good ole boy wanna be. Now I don't know which is worse. The real good ole boys or the one who wants to spend money to become one. This is becoming Laughable except for the fact that the taxpayers are letting it go on.....

While going back into the archives to find the amount bid on Roger's Building, I was again amazed at the amount of money this City has spent in the last 8 months. Go back and take the time to look at it and you to will be amazed. This is for a city of how many? Somewhere around 5-6 thousand. My gosh folks! Trenton needs to wake up..................... Spend the money for the taxpayers, and not THE TOYS for the employees to play with......
