Maybe we should let the voters' voices be heard on how they feel about this...oh, wait! Media boy already threw his tantrum and stopped that (well) over a year ago!!! He's such a visionary... :)

Funny how that worked out for them huh?

I will say that this decision was a WISE one seeing how the Lineman College will have a place to "Hang Out" now. I had joked that I would love to own a "Sports Bar" in the town that is ALL ABOUT SPORTS! I mean the way these folks act about ball should make it a great place to tell their old war stories about the time they played ball back in the day....lol..lol... They might even donate their own stuff from back in the Dade VRS. Davis days so we can all get teared up when we see them....lol..lol...

I had made a comment on the Sentinel website about "What to do with the OLD Courthouse" and since they felt the need not to post... I think it would make a NICE RESTURANT that would have along with a FINE Menu, being able to sell Beer and Wine... I say that we keep all the Beer and Wine at the Courthouse Square.....lol..lol...

Every College Town need a local "Watering Hole" a place for the students to blow off steam on their way to church next door... We will know we have arrived as a progressive town when a "Red" light appears on the square and it is not on a Christmas Tree.

It is once again called a "Business Plan". Not like the "Good Ole Boys" plan that so many Dade County business use to get the "Good Ole Boys" to use the other "Good Ole Boys" to help pay their business bills. We try to convince others that we are shopping local when in fact it't just that we need to cut deals to get the "Funds" to keep the "Good Ole Boys" system in place... Now with this new ordinance in place, it has BLOWED that theory out the door... But that isn't the end of the story... Wait and see what I am saying. Look for things to change in the Business owners or the Ordinance. We will not let it happen................

Speaking of the "Red Lite" that is my whole point. We have went from ONE "Red Lite" in the early eights to this "Devils Dens" we have now... Now thats what I call a "Progressive Town"!.....lol...lol...lol...
