A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 61 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to urban redevelopment, so as to provide that directors of a downtown development authority designated as an urban redevelopment agency and other public officers of the municipality or county may serve as commissioners of the urban redevelopment agency; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

We need to learn more about this Bill and WHY would Mr. Mullis be behind it. I've always said that something is funny about the whole Conflict of Interest of him and Mr. Cervelli and the way they have promoted each other into jobs. First Mr. Cervelli was on the Board that voted Mr. Mullis as NWJD Director to a fulltime job of being paid for the same job twice. (Promoting and working for the folks of this area). Now we have this Bill that if we are reading this right is another Conflict of Interest of Mullis trying to cover for Cervelli. To much covering up here for me. "IF" I find out that is what is going on here, the folks of Dade County had better look out once again, because what is right is right and what is WRONG IS WRONG! Oh and I don't make threats...lol...lol...
