So you may have read many rumors on this. Here is what I have heard. Stien Construction owns most of the mountain as is about to develop it. It has been anned by the city. There is soon going to be a large crackdown on trespassers so look out. It will be a hi end development. So shutting down the mountain is not as much as a twra thing as it is keeping tresspassers off private property. The off roaders filed an adverse possession claim. Good luck with that one.
