So you may have read many rumors on this. Here is what I have heard. Stien Construction owns most of the mountain as is about to develop it. It has been anned by the city. There is soon going to be a large crackdown on trespassers so look out. It will be a hi end development. So shutting down the mountain is not as much as a twra thing as it is keeping tresspassers off private property. The off roaders filed an adverse possession claim. Good luck with that one. Their attorney took that money laughing all the way to the bank. Here is the petition they put up. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/keep-o ... tennessee/ It provides for some interesting reading.

They said they are gonna put up silk fences?

I wonder if it is going to be fine silk from China. This are going to be some expensive silt fences.
