How to sell the notion that you don't have enough evidence of who has been stealing dogs even though there is any eyewitness.

How to come to Dade County for an hour or less every two years, rarely return constituent phone calls and still get reelected.

How to turn a part time job into a full time job, a full time job into a part time job, claim you're doing both at the same time and get paid for both out of taxpayer funds.

How to become one of the best fed legislators lobbyists can buy while take per-diem money for eating meals you don't have to buy and still have people defend your actions.

How to announce plans to expand a library in the middle of the worst economic downturn since the great depression and have nobody oppose it.

How to make sure the local radio station is so far in the tank for you that they don't give your opponent in an election 5 minutes on the air after giving YOU all the time you want, any time you want to tell voters what a good job you're doing for them without ever having to prove it.

Just a few off the top of my head.

How about Writing a Letter to the Editor (being to scared to put your name on it) and handing it out till more than one person put their name on the same letter (when in affect Mullis will win) but feel the need to Bash the Messenger because they don't even know the message.

A friend of mine noted that if they had to go out of state to get someone willing to put their name on a letter to the editor then he can't have THAT much local support.

Well you have to understand "Who" they support and "Why"... Once you know all the "Players" then you can understand the "Game". I have seen it many times while I was in "Downtown Trenton"!
