Well here in Dade County it is being promoted as the greatest thing since sliced bread... It will give a tax credit for the employees if the busineess hires more than 5 people. So start your new business on Hwy 11 (Shaw Blding) and hire you 5 or more emplyees and get you the tax credit you deserve...lol...lol...

Wonder if that applies to existing businesses or just new ones. If only new ones I'd be hacked off if I'd been here a while.

Only for the new ones that move into the Hwy 11 corridor. I sitll haven't heard how far off the corridor that it will be considered. They will have to re-apply next year for the agreement. It was awarded for the closing of Shaw is what "They" said... For the record.... But "they" are the same ones that said they had saved Shaw in the first place from leaving... For what's that worth.
