So now I will beat Rex to the punch. The Staff at Dadeinfo would like to wish the Dade County Class of 2010 good luck with your future endevors.
And this message did not use any tax payer money and we know we have at least one person in the senior class demographic that actually knows we exist, contrary to the target marketing where all the local entities use to advertise their congrats.
Ok, now to talk about the ceromonies. Overall it was good. I am not just biased because Tyler was recieveing his diploma.

It appears that someone has taken the time to listen. I believe all of these points where brought out in past blogs that have been deleted. First, it was not hot. Someone must have cranked the air down low to accomodate for the building shock of people. Thank you it has been miserable in the past. The took the theater and used it as an overflow area. Thank You. The ceremony did not last forever it seemed about perfect to me.
Ok the negatives. I really only have one. The speaker system which seems new needs some work. I have critisized the rental system they used in the past. It was hard to hear.

O Yea David you beat me to the punch but I have the smartest student in Dade living next door who calls me Uncle Rex and her mom and dad along with myself are very proud of her. Sounds like this CLASS has alot going for it. Oh by the way her mom and dad are part of the "outer circle" I speak of often. Congrads to all the Seniors but I have a little pride in saying "Way to go Sarah, on being Valedictorian" and yea you to Billie (Class President), you are a Fine young man and wish you the Best in the Future. Your Friends here at Dade Info....

I enjoyed the Graduation program very much, and I'm also not being biased cause I got a diploma. It was pretty short and sweet. Four speeches, diploma giving, and then the final hat toss.

Unlike the Class Night.. Which seemed to last forever. But I guess that's because I had a lot going in with it. If you were there, I was one of the few students that conducted the 10 minute video, while I also had to open it up. The speakers do need a bit more work, because I barely even heard myself talk when I was up there.

The only problem I had with any of the nights was them giving out scholorships and such. Instead of introducing a new scholorship and waiting for the people to walk up, they could of called the person up there one time and then say what they got. An hour of sitting there just for that and there was no thrill like "Who Wants to be a Millionair". Haha.

A little late, but CONGRATULATIONS Billie! Hope I still get to see you at the library occasionally and out and about Dade County.
