I have asked chefdavid to try to cover the exciting meeting today when our "Locals" get to be part of the session. Hopefully he will be able to send us picture and links to this GREAT EVENT live through the on-line streaming feed from Atlanta.

Today at approximatley 1:10 David Smith took the well to lead the Senate in it's daily devotions. I tried to get a picture before I left for a podiatrist appoinment but it didn't happen. I appologize for that. I will post the video as soon as I can get it tommorow. From what I here from some friends in the Senate, lobbyist, and some state employees he was recieved well.

Yea, I had planned on watching it myself but I was busy when they went in session. I know how important it was for some people and hate that I missed it. It is truly a proud day for all of Dade County and it's really just plain been a great month if you really want to know because of all the good things that people are doing that come from right-cheer in Dade County. I know for one, how impressed I am just to know some of the people involved in moving this county forward....lol...lol...
Maybe some day I too will be able to write a book (more like just keep telling the truth) about all the good that the Good-Ole-Boys do....
