You have to wonder if people even realize how stupid this sounds. First of all, this man needed help in the first place (not Jail Time) and second place went to ask for help from the Sheriff's Dept. and got arrested again. My gosh Folks this is getting out of hand. I wonder what the real media would make of a person who needed mental help getting arrested again and again because they can't seem to do their job in the first place. I remember a time that Dade Law enforcement was alot like this before where they would just arrest the same people again and again and get them to tell on someone else to make another arrest. He we go again...................

Dade County Sheriff Patrick Cannon said, “There’s definitely signs of a mental situation here that has to be addressed.” The problem here the Addressee is unknown at this time. The State and Federal Goverment has made the choice for people having mental problems are 1.Jail or 2. Out in the communities on their on for friend and family to care/or not care for them... It's a sad statment where we can find millions to spend on a maglev train, Bail out auto Companys or any of thousands of other "Pet" project to buy votes buy we can't provide for treatment for mental illness. A side note here due to Goverment Regulations Mental Ill People in Jail CANNOT recieve treatment UNLESS the Sheriff is willing to pay for it out of his/her Budget...
